Pharma Hotel - Dien Bien Phu

The hotel is located in a safe area with walking distance to important historical sites. Rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. the hotel offers a basic but filling breakfast and there is a coffee house attached to the hotel, offering great Vietnamese coffee.

One reviewer noted that the hotel staff did not speak English fluently.

The hotel is located in a small town which added a nice charming element for a romantic escape. The room had a nice view of the surrounding mountains and the decor was modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay memorable.

The noise level was unbearable. There were loud noises coming from outside the hotel which disturbed our sleep.

Worst Aspect:

We loved the location of the hotel as it was situated very close to the town center. The hotel facilities were great and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and could answer all our queries. they helped us communicate using a phone application.

The staff were friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room, great location, provided early breakfast upon request, great value for money.

It was all superb.
